1. Contact us
Email leveragelifeofficial@gmail.com with your question and, if it helps, a screenshot. We typically reply within 2 business days. Telling us your device model and app version (Settings → About) speeds things up.
2. Getting started
- Log an expense. Type or say what you spent — e.g. “Dinner 60 with Sam” — and SplitFast turns it into a split in seconds.
- Add people. Pick from your contacts or add them by name. Granting contacts access only helps suggest people; it's optional.
- Settle up. Open a group or person to see who owes what, then record a payment to settle.
- Scan a receipt. Point your camera at a bill and SplitFast reads the total for you.
3. Account & data
- Delete your account. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and associated data within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
- Export your data. Email us and we'll help you export your expenses and groups.
- Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and how to control it.
4. Subscriptions & billing
SplitFast offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Restore purchases. In the app's paywall, tap Restore to recover a subscription on a new device.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Terms. Use of SplitFast is governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
5. Troubleshooting
- Can't sign in? SplitFast supports Sign in with Apple, Google, and phone number. If a code doesn't arrive, check your signal and try again, or use a different sign-in method.
- An expense looks wrong? Open it to edit the amount, participants, or split. If something won't update, email us with a screenshot.
- Notifications not arriving? Check iOS Settings → SplitFast → Notifications are enabled.
